Key Responsibilities:
Assist in all aspects of the brewing process, including preparation, brewing, and packaging and delivery.
Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the brewing and packaging areas.
Participate in delivery processes, ensuring products reach our customers and retail partners in a timely manner.
Support sales efforts through engaging storytelling and product knowledge during events and promotions.
Requirements:
A clean driving record is essential for this role.
The physical capability to consistently lift and move heavy loads (minimum of 50 pounds) is a must, as this position involves significant manual labor.
Adherence to sanitation and safety standards cannot be compromised.
The ideal candidate will be someone who can effectively take direction, is highly organized, hardworking, and fully engaged in the craft of brewing kombucha and beer.
